Butter Paneer Masala


  • Paneer 1/2 kgs
  • Onions 3 nos
  • Tomatoes 3 nos
  • Khare Garam Masale 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Butter 250 gms
  • Cashew Paste 18-20 gms
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Bay Leaves 4 nos
  • Red Chili Powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder` 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1/2 tbsp


Soak cashew for 10-15 minutes and grind them to paste

Make paste of onion

Blanch tomato and make paste

In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds

Add khare garam masala in it

Then add onion paste in it

Add all dry spices and salt

Add tomato paste in it

Cook it for 15-20 minutes till oil leaves pan

Add water in it and cook for few minutes

Add diced paneer in it

Add fresh cream in it and garnish with coriander leaves.
