Dhokla Pakoda


  • Gramflour 2 cup
  • Baking soda 1 pinch
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  • Green chilli 4
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida 1/4 pinch
  • Eno 1/2 pack


Take 1 cup of gramflour

Add water baking soda and eno

Add salt and microwave it for 3-4 minutes after greasing the microwave container

Dhoklas are ready

After it cools up cut into desired shape

Now prepare gramflour paste by adding salt red chilli powder asafoetida chopped green chilli and coriander leaves

Dip dhoklas in paste and fry them in hot oil

Cook on both sides till golden brown

Enjoy with sause or chutney
