Ingredients

  • Chana daal 1 cup
  • Moong daal 1 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli 4
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Onion. 2

Directions

Soak both daal for 4 hours

Grind them in mixer along with green chilli , ginger, coriander leaves.grind it coarsely

now add chopped onions red chilli powder and salt .

Now mix it nicely and make wadas with your hand and fry in oil

Now let it cool and cut it and again fry it.delicious kalmi wada ready
