Oats Poha Tikki

Ingredients

  • Oats 1 cup
  • Poha 11/2 cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Cheese 1 cube
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Potato 2 mashed
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Green chilli 2
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Bread 2
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp

Directions

Roast oats

Grind to flour

Grind poha

Boil potatoes

Mix all ingredients

Add salt red chilli flakes green chilli chopped onions, coriander leaves

Now shape into tikki

Make paste of cornflour in water

Make bread crumbs

Dip tikki into corn flour paste

Apply bread crumbs over it

Deep Fry in pan or shallow fry over tawa

Enjoy with chutney or sause
