Sprout Salad

Ingredients

  • Moong sprout 11/2 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilli 3
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Desi chana sprouts 1 cup
  • Lemon 1

Directions

Make sprouts of moong and Desi chana

Heat oil in a pan

Crackle cumin seeds

Add chopped onions and green chilli

Saute it

Add turmeric powder and salt

Mix it nicely

Cook for 2 -3 minutes

Add lemon juice

Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon
